This project was made in 2016, years before generative AI became culturally prominent. Even then, this was made to be tongue in cheek, “Haha wouldn’t it be crazy if...” and now. Haha. it’s.. crazy. Please know that I hate generative AI and wish the world wasn’t like this. Do not invent the torment nexus, please.

This project is an attempt to get people to think critically on their own future and how their relationship with technology will play into it. Will technology continue to merely be a tool used for human gains, or will it evolve into something more with goals of its own? It is up to the viewer to decide whether or not these predictions are hopeful or fearful or both. The work should exist in a liminal space between fiction and reality that would lead to further questioning by the viewer.
